How long have you been working at Premium Food and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
I worked here for almost two years and really enjoying it! My job has many roles I play and I’m glad one of them is like being part of this team at Premium Food.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Premium Food?
It’s like FAMILY ❤️ …. wake up every day with passion.
Who has inspired you the most throughout your career?
Seriously, once I stepped into this company, I’ve learned that I still have a lot of things to learn. Because the sales team here are amazing and professional!
Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of jobs/roles have you held?
Yes, I worked in the Food & Beverage industry since I graduated in 2004 (don’t ask my age 🤣) I started with hotels for 8 years and switched to sales… let say more than 10 years, and keep pushing.
What are some of the accomplishments you’re most proud of?
Completing a project that required me to work in Samui with a new team and taking on responsibilities from the previous team leader.
If you could only eat one thing from Premium Food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
Carabineros, hard to find in Thailand but you can find them here at Premium Food.
What's something you're truly passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?
Food! My dream was to become a chef, but I decided I can be involved in anything that concerns food or is food related.
What’s one interesting fact that we might not know about you?
I used to be a pastry chef.
Describe a funny moment from your time at Premium Food that still makes you chuckle.
At the staff party, when I woke up in the morning, I checked my phone, and I found many pictures and video recordings. I was sure someone took my phone and used it!
I later realized, after asking everyone, it was me that took the pictures. It must have been a great night!
What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?
Learn as much as you can and enjoy it!
