BONITO TUNA (210g)

White Tuna Bonito Del Norte 210gr. Albacore tuna or thunnus alalunga, arrives in the Bay of Biscay, in our Cantabrian Sea Coasts.This fish can only be caught during the summer, with the help of a fishing rod, hook and bait. They are fished individually following the same techniques in order to protect the species and respecting the ecosystem of our sea. The back of the fish, once cooked, is canned manually with olive oil and a pinch of salt.It has a light pink color and a fairly soft texture. Amazingly succulent and with a very delicate flavour.
